On those adventures, I've been fortunate to work with most of the worlds biggest brands - providing revolutionary software solutions to make global organizations more efficient.
Someone once kindly described me as the "hardest working CEO in the (translation technology) industry", which while very flattering, felt a bit odd - since it never really feels like "work". And any success I've had has been thanks to the phenomenal teams I've had the honour of working with. The formula for success has been pretty straightforward: Hire only total rock stars, give them a crisp vision and the support they need - then get the heck out of their way and support them as they work their magic.

Founder of Clay Tablet Technologies, providers of leading-edge integration software for the language industry, providing solutions to Global 2000 companies. Successfully sold to Lionbridge (US $1B translation firm) in 2014.
Founder of Creative Standard Canada Inc., which originally provided custom internet application development and internet consulting to global 1000 companies. Now offering strategic planning and EIR consulting services to start ups.
