Future Framers Gap Year is a program of Future Framers Education Society, a registered nonprofit organization based in British Columbia, Canada.
The Future Framers Gap Year program was created in 2023 with a vision of all young people having confidence and optimism about the future and the tools to create that future.
The mission and purposes of the Society are to provide educational programs, research, and media arts content that inspire and empower people in a future of rapid environmental, technological, and cultural transformation.
The mission of the Future Framers Gap Year is for participants to develop valuable skills and grow confidence in their ability to achieve their goals, navigate change, and thrive regardless of the circumstances.

We have an ever-growing team on professionals committed to supporting you through your gap year experience. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds and identities. We actively seek a diverse group of instructors, staff, coaches, and mentors who represent a broad spectrum of ideas and who are relatable to our diverse student population.
